Expertise in social media and paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, telegram etc)
Practical experience with digital marketing tools and analytics
Being up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry
Strong social, communication and presentation skills
English — at least Intermediate strong

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Hotjar
Experience in Event Management, Content Marketing and SMM.

Обязанности

Develop and implement our talent brand strategy, and measure success
Lead the PR activities to maximise brand exposure;
Manage and coordinate advertising budget spend, introduce reporting for all talent brand activities, programs, and initiatives;
Drive content creation (articles, career site, releases, photo and video) in close cooperation with our colleagues and external partners
Overseeing social media content and reviews on the main professional platforms (DOU, corporate social media pages, AIN, Linkedin)
Drive organization of events for our professional communities: AWS User Group and Magic JS Community
Organization of hackathons, open-door days, hiring days.
Identify and develop new channels to reach our target audience
