Three to five years professional experience as a social media strategist including paid Facebook advertising, copywriter, blogger, or related marketing function with writing samples available.
3+ years of paid media experience.
An associate degree is the minimum requirement; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent reading, writing and proofreading skills.
Acute attention to detail, with effective time and project management skills to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to give and receive positive and negative feedback to/from junior employees, creative team members, client service account leads and clients.
Excited to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and/or business contacts.In-depth knowledge of social media management, digital advertising platforms and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Facebook Business/Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Agorapulse).
Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Animoto or similar design/video creation software.

Обязанности

 

Posting content on various platforms and monitoring all social media content.
Tracking the performance of the campaign.
Up to date with technologies used in social media.
Tracking customer engagement and answering questions.
Establishing relationships/networks of influencers on social media.
General reporting and compliance.
Reporting weekly to management.
Responsible for the departmental planning and implementation of content strategies, processes, templates, procedures and initiatives, including communicating milestones, risks, issues and monitoring quality for all content related deliverables.
Lead and mentor junior social media strategists and/or freelancers, providing work direction and feedback.
Develop and implement a robust (organic and paid advertising) content strategy and editorial calendar to help connect our clients’ brands, services/products to their customers on all social platforms.
Write and edit engaging content including/for social media posts, blogs, promotions, web pages, email and more.                                                                                Maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.) for multiple clients, leveraging new platform capabilities when applicable.
Act as an extension of the client’s company by researching and understanding their market in order to identify and engage customers, as well as adhere to their style guide, and voice/tone standards.
Collaborate with clients, internal account managers and other team members to determine/create unique selling angles for categories, promotions and products.
Create social media visual assets that are on-brand and coincide with the overall digital marketing strategy.
Provide regular analytics reporting of social channel growth, engagement and effectiveness of our paid social campaigns.
