It works and gathers useful information, I haven't used it much yet, but it seems to work and gathers useful data.

HumCommerce consolidates all important data about your visitors in one place. It generates a profile for each visitor on your eCommerce store where you can track and access key visitor information such as IP address, device, browser, location, and screen resolution.

Humcommerce has a wide range of conversion rate optimization and analytics capabilities. Humcommerce has functionalities that display the course of visitors over several pages of your website, in addition to Heatmaps, Session Recordings, and in-depth visitor logs. This function informed me about how my clients interacted with my website and where leaks needed to be addressed.

In conclusion, I've experimented with Google Analytics, Hotjar, and a few other tools...

Humcommerce is still something I use.

What is HumCommerce, exactly?

 

HumCommerce is a free WooCommerce WordPress plugin that analyzes your website traffic automatically and generates a report on any issues that are keeping your visitors from shopping. You receive a list of disappointed user session records in which your users were unable to complete a transaction owing to issues with your website.

 

STEP ONE:

 

This plugin is available for free download.

 

HumCommerce's free CRO WordPress plugin may be downloaded, installed, and activated.

 

STEP TWO:

 

Begin keeping track of visits.

 

HumCommerce begins monitoring your visitors' sessions and flagging problems.

 

STEP THREE:

Make the necessary adjustments.

 

Examine the session recordings of the guests that were nominated and correct any issues that were discovered.
