Hellosign

HelloSign has all that you need in regards to collecting signatures from others electronically. I enjoyed them when they offered so many contacts free each month. They do have competition that provides the same services I utilize at no charge. It is still convenient and comparable to ease of use as other signature collection services that I've used. I never had a problem.

It's incredibly simple to use, extremely intuitive, and the Salesforce integration is fantastic. We use HelloSign on a daily basis to send all kinds of agreements, and it works well. It also has a good audit trail that depicts the flow of signatures and views. Another excellent feature is that recipients can easily re-assign siganotories. When someone looks at a contract, you'll get a notification. Finally, templates are a fantastic feature. In essence, if you frequently send the same type of agreement, you may create a template that will automatically pull in the required elements relevant to each customer and populate where the signatories must fill out.
