Styles and materials
Art Text contains a wide range of text styles, surface materials and effects. Unconstrained by any preset, your creativity will take off with easily customizable textures, surface elevation maps, ambient textures, highlights and shadows, and other settings to create new materials.
Spray-fill
Fill words beautifully with coffee beans, coloured beads, leaves, Lego pieces and even clouds using the included collection, or import your own fill-in images. Experiment with letter design, from very random to very structured layout and fill sizes.
Mask effects
Customise your text finish with different masks to show off aged or scratched text. You can also add a stamping effect with a click. It's easy to experiment with the settings and combine masks with other effects to achieve a slightly unexpected but dramatic result.
Warped Effects
Sharpen your font's shape beyond the standard typeface options. Easily erase sides of text with side distortion, create random holes in the body with erosion, partially obscure text with blur distortion, and more.
Shading materials
Special 2D materials open the door to a variety of visual effects, such as bumping or embossing. You can also apply a glass, plastic or gold finish, make the surface glossy, matt, bright or faded or give your graphics a charming watercolour, oil paint or pencil sketch look. The most demanding users will find the Material Editor handy for creating custom shading.
Real 3D Text
Art Text implements a 3D modelling mechanism that helps transform any text, symbol or icon into 3D. Our graphic design software includes a 3D rendering tool along with a variety of customizable 3D materials to deliver ultra-realistic results every time.
