In my opinion, it is impossible to say whether the service is good or bad, because everything depends solely on the user. But I am sure of one thing: GetResponse is definitely not for everyone! But that's okay.

I am very satisfied, including the quick response time to questions and resolving customer issues. I didn't give maximum points simply because I would like to see some improvements in the webinar platform. Congratulations!
