• Proven experience in telesales and lead generation, understanding of sales processes
and dynamics;
• Work experience with foreign B2B clients (US/EU);
• Advanced level of written and spoken English;
• Excellent verbal and written communicative skills, including telecommunications and email
correspondence;
• Strong self-management skills;
• High School diploma or higher education;
• Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM user kills
Educational background or work experience in marketing or PR would be a benefit!
• Fixed rate of app. 600 USD monthly + bonuses (discussed at the interview);

• Taking part in creation of strategic sales plans that expands company’s customer base and ensures it’s
strong presence, implementing them and analyzing the results;
• Reporting to the Management in regards to sales plans and forecasts;
• Identifying and implementing ways of increase leads and sales performance
