PHP Team Lead (Marketing Team) - iDeals Solutions

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• You’ll be a genuine team leader, who is responsible for business and technical directions for a SEO Development Team;

• You’ll be a people manager, a person who is responsible for having the best performers in your team;

• You`ll be responsible for maximizing team quality, teamwork, and team productivity;

• You’ll be the person who is planning your team’s resources, building the best processes and frameworks for your team;

• You’ll responsible for websites architecture development;

• You`ll drive an internal SEO Tools development;

• You`ll work on system components customization;

• You’ll communicate with stakeholders and reporting directly to Head of SEO to ensure that priorities are correctly aligned.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 2+ years as a Manager / Lead experience;

• 2+ years of software development experience оn a PHP;

• 1+ year of experience with WordPress development;

• Perfect knowledge of PHP, OOP, SOLID; GRASP;

• Experience with Symfony + components: DI / Messenger / Doctrine / etc.;

• Git, Gitlab or Github CI/CD;

• Strong knowledge of Docker, Linux (*nix), shell;

• Experience with React/Angular;

• Experience with databases (MySQL);

• Leadership and team inspiration is a significant part of your work.
