Community Building and Social Media:

— Monitor online channels where potential customers are talking about our video chat service competitors;
— Daily posting and oversight of social media including Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tumblr;
— Responding to community comments and reviews;
— Identifying opportunities via social media for outreach and branding.

Media Outreach:

— Identify opportunities for outreach and blog article syndication;
— Support the development of key content pieces including articles, images, graphics/infographics;
— Win links from high-value relevant websites.
