I researched a lot of reviews online before deciding which plugin to use for a live chat function on my e-commerce platform, and I ended up choosing Tidio because of how user-friendly and intuitive the interface was. I was even more amazed by how good the plugin was after I started using it. I'm only disappointed that I didn't get it sooner! There is a wealth of information and examples to guide you through the process of setting up your chatbots. If you get stuck, there are always those who can assist you. The customizable tutorials were also quite useful in allowing you to customize your chatbot to your desire.

Previously there was a good chat room, which we chose for price, prevalence in runet and ease of transition. We looked at foreign chat rooms, but the English-language interface put limits on the recruitment of operators, and the prices there are of a different order. In short, Tidio seemed a good choice. And for a couple of years really satisfied. But now we are thinking of switching over: the chat's stability began to be poor and the project seemed to be frozen. While there is nothing concrete to replace it. Maybe they will fix it while we decide?
