Freshdesk's customer care for any questions is horrible. The response time for questions and tickets is quite long, necessitating regular follow-up. It's also ludicrous how the agency accounts are managed and billed. I'm unable to just add one paid agent to a free tier. Rather, I'll have to pay for an upgraded tier first, then all of the agent accounts (even those that are included in the free tier). It's also inconvenient to report tickets. For each ticket list export, a new ticket is created. Finally, while Freshdesk allows you to merge related tickets, it does not allow you to undo the merge.
