I like that we can keep all of our forms in one place. This makes following up and tracking requests a lot easier. I can now just log in and examine the history of each form for record-keeping purposes.

The best thing about MailGet is how affordable it is. It costs a fraction of the price of competing providers like MailChimp while providing the same basic functionality. It's also a good choice for people who are new to email or don't want to spend too much time on it.
