Everything that came with the logo was fantastic. Their prices are fair, especially since you get a color palette and a variety of variables in addition to the PDF.
There isn't much in the way of complete customization. The software will suggest colors and fonts, but none that you can choose from. This necessitates a great deal of browsing and updating by hand until you get exactly what you're looking for.
